Each rug is inspected and packed with care before it leaves our Jaipur atelier.

Order processing: 2–4 business days

USA delivery: 6–10 business days after dispatch

Worldwide delivery: 10–18 business days after dispatch, depending on destination

Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the recipient's responsibility for orders outside the USA. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your rug ships.

We want you to love the way your rug feels in your home. If it's not quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

— Rugs must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

— Because each piece is handwoven, slight variations in color, pile, and pattern are part of its character, not a defect

— Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

— Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return

For damaged or incorrect orders, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort it immediately.
