Processing & Delivery Times
Because Rug Ritual products are made by hand, preparation and delivery timing may vary by item, size, and destination.
- Order processing: Most orders ship within 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Transit time — United States: After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take longer.
- Transit time — Canada: Typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Transit time — United Kingdom: Typically 10–18 business days after dispatch.
- Transit time — Australia & New Zealand: Typically 12–20 business days after dispatch.
- Transit time — Singapore: Typically 10–16 business days after dispatch.
- Peak seasons & holidays: During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while our artisans complete your piece.
If your order extends past the estimated window, please allow a few extra days before contacting us — handcrafted work occasionally requires additional finishing time, and international shipments may be subject to customs processing. We will always keep you updated by email if there is a significant delay.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees for international orders are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be charged additional import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees on delivery for orders shipped to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore. The total shown at checkout is the final price.
Order Emails & Tracking
To help ensure you receive order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking details:
- Add support@rugritual.com to your safe sender list or email contacts.
- Check your spam or junk folders if an expected confirmation does not appear in your inbox.
- If using PayPal, Shop Pay, or another express checkout, please wait until you are returned to the Rug Ritual website so your order confirmation can be sent correctly.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We want your Rug Ritual piece to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for lost packages) at support@rugritual.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you on a replacement or resolution in line with our Refund Policy.
Updating Your Shipping Address
Need to change your delivery address? Contact us at support@rugritual.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We can update your address before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it and you will need to contact the carrier directly.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
No. We require a physical street address for delivery.
