30-Day Easy Returns

You can return your Rugsy product within 30 days of delivery for any reason. We want you to feel confident in your purchase—whether you’ve placed it, styled it, or lightly used it.

What’s Covered

You can return products even if they’ve been used under normal conditions. Minor signs of use like light wear or pet hair are acceptable. Items must not have excessive damage beyond normal usage.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in good condition and packed in original packaging or secure alternative packaging. Products should not be damaged due to improper use or handling. If a returned item is found to be heavily damaged or unusable, the return may be declined.

Return Process

Initiate your return through our support team by providing your order number and contact details. Our team will guide you through the return steps.

Return Fees

A small return processing fee may apply depending on product size:
Small items such as doormats, cushions, and small rugs: $5
Medium rugs: $10
Large rugs and carpets: $20

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time is 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: clearance or discounted items marked Final Sale, custom or made-to-order products, and sample swatches.

Important Notes

If your order included multiple items sold as a set, all items must be returned together. Items purchased through third-party platforms must be returned through the original seller.
