Shipping is free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout.

What is the return policy?

Your rug is made for the size you chose, so we cannot accept a return because you changed your mind. If it arrives damaged, with a fault in the making, or it is not the rug you ordered, email support@rugritual.com within 14 days of delivery. We will repair it, remake it, or refund you.
